It is the calling. The calling that there’s something more. The calling that “Something Larger” is within you.
It’s not Out There. Over yonder. Out There. Intangible. Not Do-able. No! We need to look within ourselves. Chosen. Each one of us has been chosen, or called, to do one thing. And that is what has been placed on our own heart’s desire. Our Purpose. Our Calling. That, in which we MUST DO to feel right in the world. It is what makes us feel like we are making a difference. The force is so great that we cannot stop thinking about our pursuit and all of the potential.
Our calling is what we think about when our intuition stands up and gives us a glimpse into our soul. It is that which feels good. Like you walk into a room and you already know why you’re there. It doesn’t feel odd. It doesn’t feel awkward. You know why you’re there and it just feels right. You feel it deep down in your heart. You are where you are supposed to be. Do you ever get that? How do you know that THIS is really what you are being called for? The tenacity within you rises. The goosebumps you feel when you think about it. You catch yourself daydreaming. You cannot get your mind off the topic. You know and understand deep down that you have been waiting your entire life to do exactly what it is that is laid out in front of you. The gifts and talents finally being met with the challenges they have provoked within this world. Unable to accomplish the job on our own, we see the charge before us through divine and perfected lenses.
Everyone’s meaning to life is different. It comes about when we meet up with that “Something Larger” that’s waiting for us, within ourselves. Many of us don’t like to look in the mirror because we are scared of what that “Something Larger” looks like. Are we going to have to do a lot of work? Is much going to be expected from us? That “Something Larger”, that we all feel but cannot see, becomes our foundation. It knows what the world needs. It helps us make sense of the world around us. When finally done and over, we can step back. We view the giantess of the mural we have created before us, with the world feasting its eye on us. We have completed this miraculousness with this “Something Larger”. Our pride soars and we now understand more about how this universe works.
